Art Space – Year 3 and 4

The Year 3 and 4 students have been creating Australian animals inspired by the sculptures of the indigenous Tjanpi Desert Weavers. They used natural twine over newspaper armatures and added colour using dyed twine and attached features such as quills, feathers wings and eyes. The students enjoyed exploring the different materials.
