Wow, what a success! The total book sales came in at $9,900. As a school we are now able to purchase $3,500 worth of books and resources from Scholastic.
The Year 5/6 students have already selected $1,500 worth of novels in sets of 7 to add to their book club collection.
The remaining purchases will go towards stocking the library and guided reading books across year levels.
For students waiting on back orders, Scholastic have assured me the books are on the way via Express Post.
