YEAR 2 TASKWORKS EXCURSION

Last Tuesday, Year 2 students visited Taskworks. They worked in teams on six different challenges and learned the importance of teamwork.
Here are some reflections about the day:
In the construction and destruction area at Taskworks, the boys’ team and I helped each other take off and put on different parts of the robots. We also came up with small parts of a new design and then put them all together. We used team work by working together and sharing ideas. Henry 2D

We worked together with Luke on Stomp A Stump, we worked as a team because we did lots of different types of stretches and held on to each other’s shoulders. We stomped on the one on our own side of the semi-circle and we shared the middle stump. That helped us get a higher score each time. Max 2A

At Taskworks, Leah and I used good teamwork in Stomp a Stump. We stood on each of the sides and with the stump in the middle, we took it in turns. If I didn’t see one on my side, Leah would tell me and I f there was one of Leah’s side, I would tell her. It worked well. Marli 2A
