We are looking for helpers in the lead up and on the day of the State Election which is on Saturday 24 November.
Cake Stall Baking and Preparation
Calling all bakers! We need LOTS of delicacies to sell at our gorgeous cake stall! Cakes! Slices! Biscuits! Lebkuchen! Kourabiethes! Cuccidati! Ghoraiybah! Manju! Mbatata! Lets showcase our diversity with treats from around the world!
Baking packs with wrapping materials and instructions will be available at the front office for you to collect from early November, or email the office by Wednesday 14 November and we will send a baking pack home in your child’s bag.
All baked goods need to be HOME MADE and not require refrigeration. They need to be delivered to the school kitchen on Friday 23 November, from 9am.
BBQ Masters and Cashiers
There are still spots available for people to help on the Election Day, either behind the BBQ, selling cakes and hot drinks or simply setting and cleaning up!
