On Wednesday students of Toorak Primary ran at our first ever Fun Run! Even Melbourne’s notorious weather could not put a dampener on the high spirits of the day. Many students commented on the enjoyment of running through the tunnel and the archway. The music provided a positive atmosphere for the school community, a pace for runners and it was great to see the students who got up and had a bit of a dance.
Thank you especially to parent volunteers, Jenna Milligan and all the teachers who assisted in running the day, and all the students who helped set up and were positioned around the course cheering on those who were running. Students should be proud of the effort and spirit displayed on the day, and their fundraising endeavours!
