Grade 2 completed the term with a presentation to all parents.
The students worked hard throughout the last 5 weeks of term to learn about the structure of procedural texts, develop their ideas, draft a text based on a rubric and publish their procedural piece. Students then took leadership of their learning, by organising the materials needed and bringing them to school. Parents then used the procedural texts and materials to make the item.
Thank you again to the great Grade 2 parent community that supported the event and made the items with the children.
