Welcome back to school for the last term of 2017. The summer months are upon us at last after , what seems to have been a very long, cold winter. All students are expected to wear hats during Term Four to protect their skin from the hot Australian sun. As in the past, we will resume “Hat Lotto” is an effort to encourage all students to wear their hats while at school. Children attending swimming classes arrived at school full of excitement and enthusiasm last Monday ready to enjoy learning to swim with their class mates. We appreciate the support offered by our prep- year two helpers so that such a valuable program continues.
There is much excitement during Term Four as our new Prep students begin their transition from kindergarten to school and also as the year six students prepare for their secondary education. I look forward to what the rest of the year has to offer.
