Dear Families,
It is with a combination of sadness and excitement that I am informing the school community that I have accepted a new position as Assistant Principal at Kingswood Primary School.
My last day at Toorak will be December 21st. I have been the Assistant Principal for 3 years. From my very first day I was impressed by the openness of this community and the amazing opportunities provided for all children.
It has been a privilege to work here with such wonderful children, dedicated staff and caring parents. In the time I have been here our enrolments have grown by an additional 200 students and our achievements in English and STEAM have been exceptional. As a Leading Literacy Master Trainer for the Stonnington and Glen Eira network of schools this is especially pleasing to be part of such an incredible learning journey.
I have enjoyed working closely with Mrs Manallack and assisting the capacity building of many leaders at Toorak to lead and support the school through the rapid growth in these past few years.
I will miss Toorak Primary School as it is a great community and I have appreciated my time here. I wish every family all the best and hope that every child enrolled here continues to enjoy the exciting educational opportunities provided by this school.
