We are half way through grade 1 and we have learnt so much!
From swimming to Life Skills, to the grade 5/6 natural disaster project exploration and cross country.
To our Polyglot incursion and Welcome to Country Smoke Ceremony.
We have learnt lots of subtraction strategies and the difference between 2D and 3D shapes. We are so clever, we even know how to write acrostic and colour poems!
This term we focused on our reading goals and shared them with our families during our open morning.
One of our highlights was learning our weather songs and their actions for the grade 1 concert, we did so well!
We can’t wait for our holidays to relax and use our learning away from school!
Our teacher’s want us to show we are sorry, so now we do ‘shorry’. We show we are sorry by helping or making it up to the person we have hurt.
