Each year we celebrate our teaching, learning and successes by holding an annual report meeting (ARM). All parents are invited to see the results from our previous school year on May 4th at 6.30pm.
Our leadership team will present the annual report which will be followed by a special guest presenter, Kathy Walker. Kathy Walker is one of Australia’s leading parenting and education experts, public speakers and authors. In 2014 she was awarded an Order of Australia (OAM). She is the Founding Director of Early Life Foundations one of Australia’s leading parenting and education consultancies in areas of research and consultation in education and parenting. Her expertise in these areas spans over 30 years.
Kathy will address the issues surrounding the mental health of children, in particular resilience and anxiety, and offer ways in which parents can support the development of emotional intelligence in children.
Our evening will begin at 6.30pm with the Annual Report followed by a one hour presentation from Kathy. Please arrive at 6:15pm so that we may begin on time. Wine and cheese will also be provided as part of the celebration.
