A very special thanks to student teacher Emily Fairweather. After completing her placement in Prep C, she continued to volunteer her time; revisiting the classroom, leading the 5/6 choral performances at a community venue and rehearsing with Prep C, Prep B and with the grade fours, to conducted them at the Christmas Carols. She is currently an instrumental teacher and has also performed with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Emily also showed some prep teachers a thing or two about fundamental music elements such as rhythm and beat. What a wonderful opportunity for our students!
