Welcome to all community members – students, staff and parents- for the 2017 school year. Our school looks inviting with fresh paint, lush gardens and a magnificent new two story building for classroom use. The builders are to be commended for the mighty effort expended to ensure the new buildings were ready for the first day of school. Many schools are yet to begin their building programs. We are very fortunate indeed and grateful that our project is almost completed. We have had a very smooth beginning to the new school year with much of the organisation completed at the end of 2016. Due to 2016 internal transition, students confidently joined their new classes on Tuesday. Our prep students begin tomorrow. Their teachers have been eagerly preparing classrooms in preparation for the arrival of our new students. Please keep an eye on the school blog and compass to keep abreast of current events occurring at the school throughout the year.
Our first assembly will be on Friday of this week at 9.00am. I look forward to catching up with each of you as the days go by.
