All students and staff have returned to school energised and ready to focus on, not only further improving literacy and numeracy skills but also to prepare for the school production of, “The Little Mermaid”. “The Little Mermaid”, will be presented in the final week of term three – Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th September and will be staged at Wesley College in the John Adams Theatre. All students, staff and community members are enthusiastically practising to ensure the night is one to remember. The new term has begun with a blast of cold, wintery weather much to the delight of the the year five ski camp students. Approximately fifty year five students and several staff members will spend four days developing their snow skiing skills and generally enjoying a snow skiing experience on Mt Buller from August 18th. Students and parents in level five have been very generous in their efforts to raise funds for the ski camp to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum thereby allowing maximum participation.
A reminder is extended to all school families with children eligible for prep in 2016, to enrol at your earliest convenience. We currently have three prep classes and due to space restrictions, are reluctant to offer a fourth class.
