House Swimming
Thank you to all the parents, teachers and students for making the carnival such an enjoyable day! Well done to the students who competed, got ribbons, helped teachers and tried their best on the day!
Tee ball and softball training
Our 5/6 tee ball/softball training has commenced with Mr Patterson and Josephine on Thursday lunchtimes. Please see Mr Patterson if you are keen to participate.
Tennis comp
Well done to Haydon who represented TPS at the district tennis comp last week. He progresses through to the next division competition.
PE lessons
We are currently focusing on what lifesaving flags mean, what rips and currents are and how to spot them, safe beach and water safety choices and symbols and signs you may see at the beach. Next week we will do reach rescues, throw rescues and look at the sport of surfing.
District uniforms
Last year the Fundraising and Marketing committee was able to put aside some funds for us to purchase some school tops for students to wear at District competitions that were modeled by our district swim team at assembly last week. Thank you for helping our school make this purchase!
