A requirement of the Department of Education is that all children, during school hours who are transported to basketball games/practice by parents other than their own must have permission. In order for the office to oversee this requirement we need to know the name and grade of all children who leave early for basketball practice and/or matches and the name and age group of the team they represent. Please email the school at toorak.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au with this information. We will then organise a consent form for parents to sign. Thank you for your help.
