The Year 3’s have been focusing on developing their reading strategies by using their Reader’s Notebook. Each morning, students are tuned into a new reading strategy and told how to build on their abilities. Teachers have noticed a huge increase in student’s inferential comprehension. Furthermore, the teachers are very proud of the Year 3’s and encourage nightly reading to continue this success.
