Foundation families were well represented last night at the Parent Information session held in the school hall. A message of thanks is extended to all members of the school community who supported the evening – current prep parents, senior students, School Council sub committee representatives and our school psychologist. A special message of thanks is extended to Kerry Merriman for her thorough preparation to ensure the evening progressed smoothly. Currently there are around 90 preps enrolled for 2016. We anticipate four classes with approximately 20 students in each for the commencement of the new school year. With our school’s high mobility, it can be difficult to determine exact numbers. Children will attend three one hour sessions in the coming weeks while parents participate in parent helper training, uniform shop purchases, pop up book stall as well as socialising over a cup of tea.
