Just a reminder that our Sailing, Ice Hockey and Learn to Skate programs start on Friday 16th October. Below is a list of things that are required for each session.
Sailing:
- Sun smart clothing that is able to get wet (light long sleeve shirt, polo shirt, shorts etc. NO SINGLETS)
- HAT and SUNCREAM
- Old shoes that won’t fall off that can get wet (not flip-flop or Crocs.)
- Snack, lunch and a water bottle
- Spare plastic bag to put wet and dirty clothes in after they change.
Students may fall in the water so will need a complete change of clothes so they don’t spend the rest of the day in wet uniforms.
Learn to Skate:
- Long pants (jeans, tracksuit, leggings etc)
- T-Shirt (school top is fine)
- Jumper or light jacket
- Lunch, snack and water bottle
Ice Hockey:
- Long pants to wear under safety gear (leggings, Skins etc. would be perfect but old tracksuit pants will do)
- Old spare t-shirt to wear under safety gear
- Snack, lunch and water bottle
- Spare plastic bag for wet and dirty clothes.
Students will need a complete change of clothes as they will get hot and sweaty under the safety gear. They will also spend a lot of time falling over on the ice so will be pretty wet from that.
Please make sure all clothes (including jumpers, t-shirts, pants, socks, shoes and underwear) is clearly named so we can easily return lost or forgotten items.
Thanks,
Mick Holden
