Cobuild Pty Ltd would like to notify parents and children of a construction site within close proximity to Toorak PS
The construction area is located at 2 Brookville Road, with the main entrance to the site in the alley accessed from Mathoura Road.
This alley (the main entrance to their site) is used frequently by students and parents as a cut through to the school. Whilst Cobuild will be diligent with their safety they are asking parents and students exercise caution and if at all possible avoid the area. They will have frequent and supervised trucks and machinery entering the alley off Mathoura Road during construction.
It is quite common during drop off and pick up that parents park in the no standing zone as marked below. Cobuild have asked that due to their access requirements, for safety reasons and the risk of damage to cars that parents find an alternative parking area to drop children at school.
