After a long bus ride and a day on the slopes, we’re all getting settled in for a good night’s sleep before another big day. Many of the student’s got their first taste of snow today, and everyone was in good spirits for the afternoon lessons. The progress made over just a few short hours was incredible, and everyone is eager for another go tomorrow morning.
Following the lessons, the students got a chance to do a little bit of skiing with the teachers (a crowd favourite) before heading back to the lodge to get organised for dinner. After re-energising with a hearty pizza dinner, we headed back out into the snow for a walk. Students were able to take some photos in the village and get a closer look at some of the night-time snow maintenance that happens on-mountain.
