Toorak Primary School is being used as a polling booth on Election day, Saturday 2 July which provides us with a wonderful fundraising opportunity. If anyone is available to lead a team to run a sausage sizzle on Election Day, please email Rebekah@hilgar.com or catch up with her in the school yard (Rebekah is mum to Angus 1C and Harry 3C). We already have some volunteers to help out on the day but we require one or two people to run the event. This will involve organising the sausages and condiments (we have a terrific contact within the school to assist with this already), ensuring BBQs and utensils are clean and ready, management of the float on the day, organising a shift roster of volunteers and overseeing the clean up at the end of the day.
