Farewell from Mr Holden

As many of our school community already know, I will be leaving Toorak Primary School in 2018. I will be moving to a brand new school in Officer called Gum Scrub Creek Primary School. This is its interim name only. We are expecting a real name very shortly. I will also be moving from the Phys Ed role and back into a classroom role teaching Grade 6. This is an amazing opportunity for me and, as much as I’m going to miss everyone here, I am very much looking forward to the new challenge.

I would like to thank the school community for the help and support over the last 6 years. Everyone has been asked to do some pretty fun but also pretty hard jobs from standing in the rain at cross country to sitting lakeside at Albert Park during the sailing. None of the programs that the students enjoy would be possible without the support of the wonderful parents and volunteers at Toorak PS. We have all seen the PE program grow and evolve over the last 6 years and much of it is due to the support that has been given by our parent community.
