Rehearsals for the Foundation to Grade 2 Mermaids versus Pirates musical have commenced and all children are enjoying learning songs and dances. Once groups have been finalised parents will be notified as to which evening their child will be performing. The musical will be performed on Wednesday 3o August and Thursday 31 August. On each night, the Mermaids to Pirates musical will be performed first, followed by the Grade 3 to Grade 6 Peter Pan musical. Families are welcome to stay on to watch the second show.
For parents whose children will be pirates could you please organise to dress your child in black long pants/jeans a striped top, eye patch and bandana. Mermaids will require a top and a Lei. The remainder of the costumes for the mermaids are being finalised and more information will follow in the coming weeks.
