In preparation for our upcoming Chemistry Fair, Grade 5/6 has been busy designing and performing science experiments. In small groups students have designed their own experiments to do with ‘Physical or Chemical Change.’ Each group has come up with something a little bit unique, which they will be presenting.
Our experiments this week have ranged from testing freezing and melting points, to testing for reactions by mixing liquids. There were even some soft drink rocket bottles.
We are looking forward to seeing all of our observations and conclusions come together for the Fair.
