Having a ball, we have been cooking and all!

The end of Term 1 is soon approaching and the Grade Ones have been nothing short of productive. Students have delved further into their Inquiry topic, “Chemical Changes” through an incursion with Itsy Bitsy Chef. During the incursion, students got to make their very own hot cross buns, and were able to explore different states of matter (solids, liquids and gas). Students also conducted experiments where they looked at what happens when you mix different substances together. In amongst all that learning, students got to let their hair down for a bit of fun and fundraising in our annual Crazy Hair Day. The Grade One students amazed us with their innovative and creative hair designs. Well done Grade Ones, on all your hard work. Let’s keep the energy going!
