The Interschool Chess Championships were held at Wesley College last Monday 28 May. Students from TPS had a very successful competition qualifying for the Victorian Interschool Semi Finals. Results were:
6 points – Grayson Zimperman
5 points – Rayner Kuniadi and Oliver Pearl
4.5 points – Roman Kuniadi
4 points – Zeus Alexandropoulous, Christian Ling and Shayan Ray
A particularly great performance from Shayan (6 years old) to score 4 points, as he was one of the youngest players out of of all the schools on the day and only joined Chess Club last Term!
