Dear Parents,
Student reports will be available online through Compass from Friday, June 17th.
Parent teacher interviews will be in the last week of term.
On Tuesday the 21st (2-7pm) the grade Prep, 2 and 4 teachers will be available.
On Wednesday the 22nd of June (2-7pm) the grade 1, 3, 5 and 6 teachers will be available for appointments.
Interview times can be booked online through Compass from Monday the 6th of June.
Making a Parent Teacher Interview Booking:
To access PT Interviews log into the Compass parent portal using your Username and Password. If you are unsure of your log in details please contact the school. The interview link will appear under the child’s name. Click on the link. This will display the PTS Conference Dashboard which includes a list of all of the conferences for all of the students linked to your parent account.
To make bookings for one students’ interview click on that Event in the table. This will display a list of all available booking times. Once you are happy with your bookings you can print a list of all the bookings, including multiple students using the “Print All Bookings” report on the right hand side of the screen.
