In Maths, Prep students have been learning to use ordinal numbers (e.g. first, second, third etc) to designate position. In Literacy, Prep students are continuing to learn the alphabet letters and are creating their first recounts.
In our Inquiry, Marvellous Me, students had a Guess the Baby competition to see if they could match the correct baby photo to classmates. Through this activity, students reflected on their past and how they have grown and changed over time. Next week we explore the cultural origins of our families, coinciding with Harmony Day celebrations.
Crazy Hair Day provided the Preps their first opportunity to proudly display their school house colours. Our Preps are now fully integrated members of the Toorak PS Community.
