ANZAC Ceremony

This morning all students squeezed into the hall for the Toorak Primary School annual ANZAC Day ceremony. Thanks are extended to Mr Drew Horsell for sharing his experiences as a serving member of the Australian Defence Force and also to Riley Horsell for so proudly introducing her father to the student body. All students were very respectful throughout the ceremony and were impressed with the beautiful fresh flower wreath which was laid at the Shrine of Remembrance later in the day. All year five and six students attended the service held at the Shrine of Remembrance as a mark of respect to the men and women who gave their lives for the freedom we enjoy today. Lest We Forget.
