This years Grade 3-6 House Cross Country is set to be run on Thursday 4th May at Orrong Romanis Reserve on Orrong Road. Students will be walking up to the park at 9:15am for a 9:30am start. All students from Grade 3-6 will be competing in their age groups. The age groups will be running the following distances:
8/9/10 Year Old Boys and Girls: 2km
11 Year Old Boys and Girls: 3km
12/13 Year Old Boys and Girls: 3km
Races will be run from youngest to oldest. Races times may change due to weather so if you want to see your child run we suggest being at the venue from 930am.
Students will be returning to school at the completion of the races which is likely to be around 11am.
Please note that this event will go ahead in most weather conditions so please pack appropriate clothing (eg. raincoat). Cross Country will only be called off in the case of heavy rain. Staff will endeavour to alert parents that morning if it has been cancelled.
