OSHClub Survivor Program

Good afternoon Toorak OSHClub families,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to OSHClub! For those of you who haven’t met me yet, my name is Chloe Dimond and I am the new Coordinator for Toorak OSHC Service.

There have been so many exciting changes happening at the service over the past few months. During the lockdown we have been improving our service and upskilling the staff in anticipation for the children to return.

Our operating hours remain the same:

BSC: 7AM – 9AM

ASC: 3:30PM – 6:15PM

This term Toorak OSHClub will be offering an Enrichment Program. The theme of the program is ‘OSHClub Survivor.’ The purpose of this program is to encourage children to participate in physical activity to strengthen social skills and friendships. We will do this by delivering a weekly session for a period of 6 weeks to target team building, resilience and wellbeing. We strongly encourage all children to participate! For more information about the program please click here and watch the video link:

If your child wishes to participate, please complete and return the attached permission note by no later than Monday 19 October. Due to staffing and ratio reasons we can only accept a certain number of children in the program, so to allow for us to plan to expand we need to know who is participating.

We can assure you that we are following very strict COVID-19 cleaning procedures and are adhering to the COVID-19 Risk Assessment. This does mean that until further notice staff will be signing the children in and out.

If your child has a medical condition you will be contacted individually to obtain an updated medical plan/medication.

We are excited to have you back and look forward to seeing you soon!

Kind regards,

Toorak OSHClub

Chloe, Josh and Stephen
