Last Wednesday, Junior Science Club returned with an impressive turn out from our budding scientists in Prep to Grade 2. Miss Segrave was assisted by prize winning Junior Scientists, Eddie and Liam from Grade 3.
Students discovered that you can inflate a balloon with more than just a huff and a puff. They were amazed to see that the chemical reaction that occurs when you mix vinegar and bicarb soda will inflate a balloon for you. A great time was had by all and we look forward to seeing more of our Prep-Grade 2 students at the next Junior Science Club.
Senior Science Club will be on this Wednesday for students in Grades 3-6. The Junior and Senior Science Clubs will run on alternate weeks, every Wednesday.
