After a somewhat wet and wild mid year break, we’re back at school for the winter months. All students have settled into term three very well. I have had the pleasure of meeting several new students from across various year levels. I trust each of our families enjoyed the holidays, taking time to relax with family and friends. Due to the very wet and muddy condition of Brookville Gardens, all students have been asked to stay off the parkland until it dries out a little. Hopefully the wind and some sunshine might hasten the drying process. To relieve pressure on our small school ground, several extra activities have been established in classrooms over recess and lunch breaks. Teachers will supervise and facilitate the clubs with students encouraged to participate in the indoor activities. A schedule of events will be placed on the website under class resources and also on Compass. Welcome back to term three. As usual, we have another busy one in store for all.
